I finally have my body back and it feels so nice!
I went from 165 pounds at my heaviest pregnant
to 123 pounds now. My ultimate goal is so add muscle and be ripped. I've been strength training and weight lifting for two months now. I love it!

yea, those abs definitely dont look like you carried two babies! :flowerforyou: if you dont mind me asking, what did you do to avoid stretch marks?0 -
genetics.. I'm just lucky. None of the women in my family got stretch marks during pregnancies. I don't think there is anything you can do to prevent them0
