Sweet Potato Chili

I am a HUGE fan of chili, and since making this version I don't make it any other way. My friends ask me to make it at every potluck.

This recipie is so easy to make: I can kiss the person who invented the slow cooker!
The combination of sweet (not too sweet) and spicy is beyond. And you can play with the spices...I do!

One batch will give you enough single servings for a weekL I usually let a batch cook overnight then freeze portions for dinner during the week.

This looks yummy! But I know that just 1 can of beans won't cut it for my crew. I usually use the equivalent of 4-5 cans for one batch of chili. We love our beans, lol.
