If that's you in the picture, you look amazing! The best advice I can give is to read Dr. Fuhrman's "Eat to Live," drink lots of water, eat lots of dark greens (I eat my salads out of huge mixing bowls with lemon or orange juice sqeezed on instead of dressing), move as much as possible (even if it means running up & down the stairs on commercial breaks), and bulk up on plant-based foods (like quinoa, beans, amaranth, fruits, veggies). Include only small amounts of heavy carbs or even healthy fats, like avocado & nuts. Avoid processed, "fake" foods & fattening foods like dairy, most salad dressings, & cooking oils. And you may want to use doTERRA's Slim & Sassy essential oil. I add 4-5 drops to my first glass of water each day & then refill that same glass, or water bottle, to absorb every last bit. It adds an interesting flavor & amps up my metabolism. You can learn more about it here: www.mydoterra.com/melodieashley. Cinnamon will also boost metabolism. I add it to oatmeal, coffee, and some meals. And Dr. Oz says to squeeze a lemon into water with cayenne pepper to cleanse the liver, which helps with the flow of things. Another great book is "The Plant-Based Diet," but I can't remember the author's name. There are also a lot of great, low-fat, high-nutrient recipes on Pinterest, especially if you search for vegan or vegetarian. Good luck!
