Help or Sujestions please?

Im really stuggling to loose weight, I try and excercise as much as I can and when I do I really push myself, well im out of breath and sweaty. I used to drink a lot of beer and have take aways, Ive cut that right out but im seeing no change, my clothes are still tight and its really getting me down. Im at the stage where im scared to eat things beacuse im not loosing weight, if i get asked to go out for dinner I say no. I used to be about 9st but now im stuggling to loose anything. Ive tried lots of slimming tablets, nothing seems to work!

Im at the stage of trying anything to loose the weight! Any sujestions and advice would be most welcome!

I think you are not eating enough. Check your goals. Your goal says 1200 cals. This is usually because a person selects 2 pounds weight loss per week. Wind that back until the daily goal is over 1200 cals. Check your BMR. Your daily intake should be over your BMR.

Good luck. It looks like your food choices are all healthy now and that will help. Your sodium intake is probably a lot better than it was. Increase your food and you will be awesome

Eat more. In order to lose weight, you need to allow your body to operate at peak performance, so it can streamline itself. This means feeding it the right amount of the correct foods -- plenty of fruits and veggies, lean proteins and whole grains.

    Good luck!

Saw my Doctor this week and he told me the following:

    1. Do not (try not to) eat prepackaged foods, eat as close to the source as possible (ground, tree, animal) the more it is processed, the worse it is
    2. Fill up on 8 vegetable (and fruits) a day. Low in calories, but high in volume.
    3. Stay away from white stuff (breads, pastries, flour, rice)
    4. Cut out "diet" foods - diet pop, "fat free" (because they usually replace fat with sugar)
    4. If 1200 is not sustainable, aim for 1300 - 1400 (which is comfortable for me), adjust accordingly. If you are eating 1200 and exercising like a fiend, you are actually below 1200 cals.

I have adjusted my goals, and am going to give it time to work. I have not weighed myself in weeks, and won't until the end of the month. Yes, I would like to be thin now, but it takes time. I am feeling great - sleep better, better mood, never bloated. Don't be discouraged by what the scale says.

It's harder for people who don't like meat. Protein is the most important thing. It keeps your appetite in check, and gives you lots of energy. Find food with protein. Eat this early in the day
eggs for breakfast or brunch is great. or cheese. soft cheese is more low in fat than hard cheese.

    Go here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/804485-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

Follow that. Adjust intake as necessary. Do for at least a month before changing anything else.
