228 calorie Mexican Pizza ohh yeaaa

you take a white tortilla by fiber one (they are 80 calories)

spreed 1/4 cup carlita fat free re-fried beans (45 calories)

sprinkle 1/4 cup sargento's reduced fat Mexican cheese (80 calories)

top with 1 jalapeno pepper finely diced (4.2 calories)

heaping table spoon cherry tomatoes finely diced and squeezed in your hand first (3 calories)

table spoon red onion (3 calories)

tablespoon green onion (4 calories)



spray the bottom of a skillet with a spritz of non stick spray (u need this to get the tortilla crispy)

place over med low heat COVERED for 3-5 mins the cheese will melt and toppings will soften a tad (that's why u want to dice)


once it is done slide it out and cut into slices (like a pizza, i make about 8-10 slices so i eat it slower and get full faster )

take 1 tablespoon of NON FAT GREEK YOGURT PLANE! and add a sprinkle of chive too it so u have a dip for the pizza (8 calories)

^^^^^^^ i dare u to tell the difference between that and sour cream... its the same exact flavor!!!!
