Hi everyone! I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I'm looking for some EASY green smoothie ideas. If you have nutrition info that'd be good too!!! Looking for some new breakfast options!!!

    My favorite "breakfast" green smoothie is 1 cup roughly chopped kale, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 green apple, and 2 cups purified water. YUM! Only 164 calories!

    Anything you have veggie or fruit. Seriously- ANYTHING. Throw in an apple and a bunch of spinach and it will taste good and be green !

    scoop unflavoured protein powder
    chunks of fresh pineapple (either chop up or buy packs of fresh ready prepared...store extra in freezer)
    handful of rocket/watercress/spinach
    water

    whizz in blender

    Yum!!! Do I peel the apple or just throw it all in?
