I figured it is time to reach out to other people as opposed to keeping this all to myself. External influences help just as much : )
This is more than a weight loss journey for me. This is the first step to creating the life I want and see for myself.

    This is such an active site. I love that. I feel my biggest factor in my journey this time is actually having confidence in myself to succeed.
