Is anyone doing NVweight loss pills. if so can you please share your results.

    I don't know about these in particular but in the past I had tried several "diet" pills and none of them worked... waste of money for sure... same old story, eat less, move more, that is the key to weight loss. They never suppressed my appetite, maybe made me jittery from the caffeine, but that was it.

    I have taken those a long time ago. I didn't lose weight, but my hair got so much better. Strange, right? It was much fuller and shinier.

    You can lose weight without pills. There are no miracles. Hard work and dedication pay off.
