Is going over my protein numbers bad?

I stay at or under my calorie goal and other daily eating goals except for protein! Is this a bad thing or is it okay?

    thats fine, what are your macros set at current % wise, i use 40p 40c 20f
  • The protein im eating is consisting of yogurts and fruits mostly...
  • Protein is really good for you and it keeps you fuller longer so no, I don't think so.

    Also, it's hard to have too much protein.
