Been doing this a while....

I've been at this for a while, and have good days and bad. My physical activity has gone up, and I use that as an excuse to eat more. I NEED MOTIVATION TO STICK TO THE CALORIE ALLOWANCE, SO I CAN START SEEING RESULTS!!!

Any suggestions? What do you all eat to feel fuller longer? I'm a vegan, so I don't eat meat, dairy or eggs. :)

    It would help if you opened your diary.

    Often the answer to this question is: eat *more*, for example if you are trying to eat 1200 total and not eating back exercise calories.

    As to foods, high fiber, high protein, and fats are the most filling. Off the top of my head, nuts and beans would be good options.

    Motivation? Here's some...I just began over 2 weeks ago, and I have lost 6 pounds! I will admit, I was skeptical. But I gave myself those 2 weeks, no weigh-ins, but stayed strictly on the 1200 calorie allowance...except for days that I worked out. Even then, I did not consume the full amount. For example, if I was "allowed" 400 extra calories due to exercising, I would use SOME but not all. After the 2 weeks, I weighed in, and had lost 6 pounds. THAT is motivation enough for me when I get in that predator mode...LOL.

    Sugar free jello is my new best friend. If I am feeling extra naughty, I use a small bit of Redi-Whip.
