I get my protein from legumes, tempeh, quinoa, seeds, nuts, vegetables, and a small amount of vegan protein powder. It's very easy to reach a healthy amount of protein in your diet if you're eating a variety of whole plant-based foods.0

Nutritional yeast with ground cashews mixed with a little soymilk makes a great cheesy mixture. Good protein and you can use it over pasta or veggies. So yummy. You can also just mix up the dry parts and keep it in a container in the fridge. add nut milk to a small portion when you need it.
We eat a lot tofu also. There are so many ways to prepare it. I could have it every day and never get tired of it.0

Your right it wasn't. It's just frustrating to try to help out fellow vegans to have meat balls thrown at you....or in this case meat strips.0

Wow. Great topic. And some super ideas.
I wonder why people have nothing better to do then troll the forums and cause grief. Lonely? Seeking attention? Immature? I could go on but they are not worth it.
Thanks for all those who added worthy comments and ideas.0
