Do you use HRM during "Grown up time"?

Just something I thought of after I bought my HRM. So, do you? Have you? Ever wondered?

There's a calorie counting app for the Iphone, and it has "grown up time" as an option for exercise. The calorie burn is pretty good. Might be interesting! lol

I have a Bodymedia Fit which is to be worn 24/7. I take if off during 'grownup' though as I think that is just too weird.

Yea I was thinking it'd be odd with my chest wrap on and my wrist beeping from going over my heart rate.

I actually typed it into MFP the other day just to see of someone had added it...lol. I wanted to see what MFP would put the calorie burn at. And then of course there is the whole issue of time. Cause as we know, each person is different.

I'm sure many people have remained connected to their HRM during "alone time" as well!
I don't have an HRM so sorry I can't shed any light on the subject.
