    Here you go:
    Every day on my lunch break- 1 hour on the EFX Crosstrainer at the gym, speed and incline at intervals and resistance at 11..
    Every day after work-
    Monday- 1 hour circuit training
    Tuesday- 1 hour Zumba
    Wednesday-1 hour circuit training
    Thursday- 1 hour Zumba
    Friday- 1 hour circuit training
    Saturday- 1 hour Zumba
    Sunday- Rest

    I also jog with my dog every day for a half-hour.
