What supplements do you take?

I take fish oil, CLA (trying this out!), biotin, and a multi vitamin. Just wondering what everyone else takes and if I'm missing something I need to take.

Thanks!

I am 50 years old and my doctor told me I'm getting really good nutrients from my diet and all I really need to take is Calcium citrate and a B complex vitamin, so I take only those 2 - two times a day. I believe the B complex gives me energy!!

I usually check my nutrition log at the end of the day and take whatever I'm short on. Usually iron, calcium, vitamin D and magnesium.

I take a multi-vitamin with an added mineral supplement, in addition to a fiber supplement (psyllium husk.)

I normally only take a B50 vitamin along with a flaxseed oil one daily. I only take a multi vitamin/calcium/vitamin C/etc when my diet is lacking in nutrients. I check my log at the end of the day and if I am lacking anything I take a vitamin than.

Too many vitamins isn't always better... a lot of us get enough vitamins and minerals in our diet (provided that diet is not full of processed crap) that we do not need a multivitamin.

I take CLK from GNC. I have not taken CLA not sure what this is. I also take Vita Fusion Womens Chewie Vitamin. I have lost 1.1 lb taking the CLK. There is no stimulant and I dont feel weird.

    What is CLA?

I take a multi vitamin, Vitamin D, and Glucosamean pill.

CLA is conjugated Linoleic Acid sold at stores like GNC. When paired with healthy eating and exercise can help with a decrease in total body fat around the mid-section and increases lean body mass.

On my cut phase, I take OxyElite Pro, Anabolic Pump, Powerfull, a Multivitamin, Glucosamine + MSM, and a Protein shake. So far it's helped me cut roughly +15lbs in over a month.

I'm just begininng my muscle building/bulk phase, so I'll be taking Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure), Beta Alanine, Protein, a multivitamin, fish oil, and glucosamine + MSM and possibly Oxyelite Pro (just to curb appetite and continue cutting fat)

    Multi
    Fish Oil
    Vitamin C
    Biotin
    Vitamin D3
    Vitamin A
    Magnesium
    Potassium
    B Complex
    Ubiquinol (CoQ10)
    Probiotic

Be careful about taking so much. Too much can be a bad thing. When paired with a multi and a healthy diet you don't need extra pills for vitamins.

You can get 100% of your Vit C requirement from a cup of broccoli, one orange etc. Vit A can be obtained from one carrot or half a sweet potato.
