I want to start walking and am looking for a basic good pedometer... I want to track speed/distance and calories... Can anyone please give me some suggestions..

    There are some good ones on Amazon that are more economic choices... I would recommend the fitbit zip or fitbit one ... the zip has your basic tracking and fitbit one is the more spendy version.... good luck feel free to add me if you like !

    The fitbit links to MFP so let's you know how your a ti its has affected your daily calorie burn. Cheap but reasonably active alternative is Tanita PD724
