I am not one to post much in these boards but I had to share. Last night my bf took me to a place called SAltgrass, the best steaks smothered with butter with a side of loaded baked potatoes and usually fries and a coke would be my meal. Last night I ordered water, and a small slice of bread my favorite 9 oz steak with no butter with grilled asparagus and a side salad with vinegarette. I sat there savoring this delicous meal thinking as long as I can eat steak when I want then this lifestyle fits me just fine! totalled my meal up to approx 600 cal compared to my usuall 2000. I felt good about eating right, not stuffing my self and waking up this morning to tackle a snowy mountain!, i really am though its called the incline here in colorado. have a wonderful weekend yall!!!

It was grilled asparagus too! Probably the best meal I have had at a steak house! Just shows you can find healthy meals pretty much anywhere0
