I've been working our 5-6 days a week steadily for the past 8 months. I love my new habit, but I start to 'itch' and feel antsy on my rest day. Just me? If not, any tips?

Definitely not just you! It's something I struggle with, too, and I'm trying to get out of the mindset that I'm doing something wrong or failing if I don't exercise every single day. I know the body needs rest, and I don't want to get obsessive. Usually my rest days tend to occur naturally when I end up being too busy with other things to fit in my workout, so I don't feel quite as ...lazy/jittery... as I would on a rest day with lots of time to spare. But when I do get really unbearably antsy on a rest day, I will sometimes just go for a walk or do something very mild like pilates.0

Yep, if it's summer time, I'll 'cheat' on an off day with 3hrs of yard work, or take a walk with the family.0
