How Do I Avoid Sagging Arms and Breasts?!!

Hello everyone,
I'm 22 years old and I've been obese since my early teens. I've lost a LOT of weight before and gained it back,. My arms and breasts now are not firm, they're a Little bit saggy? At least that's what I think. I was 211 pounds a month ago and I think gaining so much weight it filled my breasts a bit.
Now I'm 194 pounds right now and losing weight again. I want to avoid this depressing mess.
What exercises should I be doing? Is there any food I should or shouldn't do? ..etc
I can't afford going to the gym or buy any equipment. I Do have the following it it helps in any why..
- 2 pounds dumbbells
- jump rope
- Push up stands
I want to save up and get some things that are affordable, what do you think of resistance bands? Will they help with my arms?
I'll really appreciate any helpful advice or tips that you can give me. Specially ones of personal experience!!
Thank you all

First, throw away the 2 lb dumbbells (unless you need paperweights).
Lifting heavy would be the best, but you can do a lot with bodyweight work. Push-ups, squats, planks, bench dips, etc.
The push-up stands are helpful if your wrists hurt from push-ups or if you are to the point you can go deeper into the push-ups.
Jumping rope is a good cardio workout. Given your equipment, try 5 minutes of jumping rope to warm-up, then sets of push-ups, squats, and dips.0 -
I would suggest bodyweight workouts. Look up Zuskalight on youtube for great workouts most of which as pure bodyweight. Also check out the bodyweight group here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/166-bodyweight-training for helpful links.0

Definitely stay away from retirement homes and bingo halls. You'll probably still see some in other locations, like malls and what have you, but you have to push through that.0

Seriously though, sagging arms would be a matter of just getting bodyfat down. Breasts... well, I believe that's a matter of genetics. I don't think there's much you can do about sagging breasts apart from plastic surgery.
But you really don't need to join a gym to get a great workout-- I'd even say you're better off *without* a gym membership. There are plenty of bodyweight workouts available, and things like p90x require little more than some dumbells. It's going to be 80% diet though-- get the diet in order and even a mediocre workout is going to melt fat off you steadily.
How's your diet? If you can cut out the processed foods and eat only healthy food, and enough of it (surprisingly difficult to do, imho), you'll have the hard part done.0 -

Ok! *throws them away* What weight would you recommend?

Re: sagging breasts:
If you were um, blessed in the chest, get a bra fitting to make sure you are currently wearing the correct bra size (which could actually be a lot smaller in the band and bigger in the cup than the bras you're wearing now), so that you're properly supported to lessen future sagging on your breasts. ESPECIALLY when you are active, a great sports bra is everything!
But really, catatomi99 is correct, breast sag is gonna happen if it's in your genetic cards, and weight loss definitely doesn't help things. :sad:0 -

Thank you so much! I checked the youtube thingie, it looks good, and I'll be checking the group today.0 -
Get a really good sports bra for doing CV exercises so you don't stretch out your cooper's ligaments :-O the things that hold your breast up. Also, work on your pecs.
As others have said there's not a lot you can do especially if you are generously proportioned in the bust department, but buying some pretty underwired bras is a nice present to yourself and will make you look perky and feel great.0 -
You could buy an interchangeable kettle bell.....it will allow you to increase the weight as you get stronger. I know you said you can't afford to buy equipment, but I've seen them for as low as $10-15 on sale,0

I agree, bodyweight workouts will tone muscles in your chest that hold your boobs up, but you may still end up with excess skin that feels thin and crepey. There are some great creams to help with that. (Nip and fab is good)0

Thanks for ur advice. Can you tell me more about p90x?
For my diet, I've stopped drinking soda and junk food for a month now, cut back a lot on sugar, sweets and chocolate. I try to drink a lot of water, usually 4-6 cups a day. And I try to eat as healthy as I can.
If you have any suggestions for my diet I'd be happy to hear it!
Thank you so much0 -

Thanks for that! I'm thinking of getting one online, I tried lots of stores in my country for my size but I can't seem to find one that would fit well. Is there any kind of brand you'd recommend regarding sport bras?0 -

pecs are your pectoral muscles... muscles under your boobs. Butterfly exercises are good for this.0 -

If you are a size a, b, or c then under armour sports bras are awesome. HOwever, if you above this then you may want to consider getting them properly sized at a designer bra store. They will cost more, however, then at least you have one that fits properly and with the support that you need.0 -

pecs are your pectoral muscles... muscles under your boobs. Butterfly exercises are good for this.
Here are some basic body weight exercises for Pecs (Pectoralis Major, Sternal)
Push up on Knees

Chest Dip
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/PectoralSternal/BWChestDipBenchesBentKnee.html
You can use a sturdy immobile chair and/or the edge of your bed perhaps. You can also do these on the floor - in crab position (good for strengthening your core muscles too)
And if you do get dumbbells here are some Fly exercises.
Dumbbell Fly

If you're just starting out, 5-8 lbs. would probably be good for this exercise.
With bent arms - I think this is the Butterfly
