Hi there,
I have been using myfitnesspal for a while but I'm relatively new to the community.

I have lost 3 stone on my own. My starting weight was 13st 8lbs and current weight 10st 8lbs.
I would love to make it 4 stone but am struggling going solo.

I'd love to have some new friends so that we can help motivate each other.
I'm currently going through a busy time and can struggle to keep on track.

Any motivation/tips welcome :D

Hi.. believ me I struggle all the time and if i loose touch with MFP.. it really shows. I lost 22lbs, gained back 8.. lost another 9.. gained back 5.. and i am at a total loss of 20 lbs now... Forgive my ignorance but what is a Stone? I see many people reference it but have never thought to look it up. :)

Feel free to add me if you need another person who is struggling and trying to loose more.

I'm exactly the same. Glad I'm not the only one!
A stone is basically 14lbs. It's just a different unit of measurement.

    I'll send a request now :)
