Check my profile pic I don't know how to post on here. But is it fat or loose skin? I had a c-section and gained a lot of weight with my pregnancy. Is there anyway I could get a flat stomach? What should I do? What kind of diet? Exercises? Please help I'm very insecure and depressed. Any advice I'll appreciate

I'm a massage therapist. I've seen lots of bellies and lots of skin. That is baby belly. There is almost nothing you can do about it outside of surgery.0

I would say it depends how long ago you had your baby and how hard you have worked to get rid of it.
If you had a baby recently, like within the past few months, it takes a little while for that extra skin and fat to go away.
If you haven't worked to get rid of it at all yet, I am sure exercise and eating right would help, but I don't know that it
would all go away. I have had 3 c sections and while I have hard abs underneath, I have a bit of loose skin that isn't
going to go anywhere.0 -

This is me sucking it in to show the loose skin. So no exercise or diet will help?0 -

I had my baby 3 years ago and I just recently started working out and dieting.0 -
I don't know, I think it looks like there's still some "fluff" under there. Keep eating at a deficit and exercise, and just give it time. My belly looked a lot like that after having my son. I didn't have a C-section, though, so it might be different for you. Good luck!0

I'd check out the success stories on the message boards - I've definitely seen some awesome transformations post-baby on here. Mostly through weight-lifting, that seems to be the most effective...
Good luck x0 -

I don't care what ANYONE says -- THIS WILL IMPROVE!! yes, there is still unwanted fat there and yes, you will need to do a lot of both cardio and strength training to get rid of this. It will be worth it, but it WILL get better. Your just getting started. I don't care that you had your baby 3yrs ago, you are just starting to do something about it. Don't let yourself feel defeated before you even get started!!!0 -
You can't spot remove so just keep working at it. When your at a healthy body fat % then it might be time to consult a doctor on what your options are if it bothers you enough to want to do something surgically about it.0
