What effects have your new lifestyle brought you thus far?

Let's share our own little "success stories." :flowerforyou:
I'm talking effects(affects?) like what body parts got smaller, what little dimples and bones showed up first, noticing you could walk/run a certain distance or workout for a certain amount of time. Maybe even comments from other people! I'm curious!

For me, I started noticing my ankle and wrist bones and my legs and butt totally deflated(well not totally I still have chunky legs but my *kitten* is flat as a chalkboard compared to last month.) Pretty amazing to/for me! What about you guys?

  • I'm willing to have my picture taken. I just plain feel better

I can tell my waist is slimming down...like when I grab my waist it's definitely not feeling how it used to! Also being able to run longer :) and not craving greasy/fried foods!

Too me, you don't have to lose anything.... You look great

I have found for myself- it's only been 14 pounds in just about 3 weeks, but I feel better- not sure if it's in my head or body- but still. I feel better for wanting to change and starting that change.

I took a shower after work the other day and just pulled my jeans down. I didn't have to unzip or un button them.
  • Oh my, where do I start!?? My "back boobs" disappeared, my abs are now super tight and flat, my butt lifted, my love handles disappeared, my waist shrunk and my thighs thinned (no longer brush up against each other when I walk which is an AWESOME feeling). I'm almost at my goal weight and I feel like a million bucks!

I also have FAR more energy and I just might be a little bit smarter LOL

Anyone wants to friend me please feel free, the more the merrier!

Hope. I hate hope. It's such a treacherous bish. But I love hope because without it there is only despair.

More endurance, easier to wake up in the morning, more energy, more focused at work! It's really great not feeling like s**t all the time.

Dropped from a size 22/24 to 12/14, no visible fat rolls, I can wear a fitted dress without wearing big pants, I can wear knee length boots, my feet are smaller, my skin is clearer, I am physically fit, my cholesteral levels are healthy, I have a healthy BMI, I am stronger, I have more defined muscles, I can buy a bra from a normal high street store, and I sleep better.

I've probably left out a few things :glasses:
