HRM suggestions??

Looking into getting a HRM...who has suggestions on best one? I want simple lol something not toooo expensive...

    I have a Garmin FR70. They retail on Amazon for about $110. It's pretty simple and straightforward, which is why I bought it. I had some questions before I bought it, and ended up calling customer service. They were wonderful! I really do like it. It's totally water proof, and I like the display. I actually wear it all day and I think it's very comfortable.
