New member whos lost her dieting mojo.

*Waves ... Hello all
I'm almost 46 , weighing in now at 230lbs ..... have battled with my weight ALL my life.
Joined here because despite already losing almost 4 stones over the years I am now needing help/guidance.
I am fairly active (Zumba 2/3 times a week, Walk or cycle everywhere and am a purple belt in freestyle karate) and my biggest downfall is sweet things !
Look forward to chatting with you all

It's all about balance. I still have sweets once in a while but completely dropped the sweet drinks.0
