Standing in line at the checkout can be HAZARDOUS to your diet! Crunchy Cheetos (my salty weakness) and Hot Fries ... a bag of CC's landed in my cart ... for about 30 seconds! I agonized over it ... called my 'support' person who WAS NOT supportive today (*kitten* ... she knows who she is lol!!) ... but in the end, put it back where it belonged and walked away. I am home and away from the temptation ... back in the safe house ... my junk food free zone. I am doing well overall, but those sneaky 'Did I just eat that??' moments are what still occasionally get me. Not this time.

That's awesome! I had a similar experience today in the check out.. but it was Twizzlers that kept screaming at me.. "hey over here".. I just ignored them.. .
