in need of lifting program

Hi. I want to tone up and am looking for a program to follow so that I'm not just winging it at the gym. Is there a book i can buy or program online that you recommend? im really looking to add some shape to my booty and look more fit all around. thanks!

    New Rules of Lifting for Women. It's $12 on Amazon and a great introductory book for women who are unfamiliar with lifting. It's a six month long program that's divided into seven stages, each comprising a different set of exercises.

    I really like Jamie reasons livefit trainer (on bodybuilding.com under "find a plan")

    I reset my counter and am starting it all over again! It's a great program and VERY easy to understand for beginners :-)
