hi im new on here and looking for some friends to help me keep on track and kick me up bottom if im not doing my exercise. Im from wales, uk and looking for anyone from the uk to be buddies.

    Hi, I'm from the UK and will be happy to add you. Whereabouts in Wales are you? I went to uni in Carmarthen and used to spend my summers in Brecon as I have family there.

    hi there. ive moved to midwales. i do like here ( originall from the midlands so bit quieter here but i love it) so im sort of on the boarder of lovely green wales :happy:
