Great for the inner and outer thighs! Be sure to alternate legs (75 adductors, 75 abductors on the left and 75 adductors and 75 abductors on the right.)
If it seems like a lot, don’t forget that you have all weekend to finish them.

I'm in!! This will give me something to do tonight after work! I always struggle on the weekends to get in some exercise because I work all weekend, but I can definitely do this!0
