Encouragment

Hi, my name is Amanda. I have been a member for about fifteen days. I am doing pretty well, but I am looking for some encouragment. Some days it's hard to say no when you have donuts staring you in the face at work!!

  • Hi, I am Joanne. I have been on the site for just two weeks and just started my journey of losing weight three weeks ago. I am down five lbs,., with 45 more to go. I turn 40 in the fall and my goal is to be very happy with myself and my weight heading into my 40's. I love this app!
  • I know what you mean! We have so much food in our office and gatherings around food it's ridiculous and can really send me into a tailspin if I give in to temptation. It's very frustrating. The most important thing for me is to make sure I have healthy options with me and if I do choose to indulge not to beat myself up over it because that just leads to more indulgence. Count the calories and then workout extra hard that day and move on. Remember- we don't have to be perfect to lose the weight. Good luck!
