I'll dump my substitutions here. Most of them are specific products I love.

-Joseph's bakery lavash for regular bread. It's 100 calories (and huge btw) 10g protein and only 8g net carbs. Great for wraps but I make French toast with it, too.

-Smucker's sugar free strawberry preserves for jam/jelly. Only 10 calories per tbsp and it tastes just the same. Most jelly is like 50 calories per tbsp.

-PB2 for peanut butter. I can't eat it straight like I do with regular peanut butter but it's great for baking or in oatmeal.

-So Delicious coconut creamer for coffee creamer/certain recipes using heavy cream. Only 10 calories per tbsp. Again, it's another ingredient I use in French toast,

-unsweetened vanilla almond milk for regular milk. It's only 40 calories a cup and delicious.

    -obvious substitute, splenda/stevia for sugar

-tofu shirataki noodles for pasta. It works best when worked into a pasta dish, not just as buttered noodles (although I do it it this way sometimes). Make sure it's the TOFU ones because they have a much better taste and texture.

-berries instead of bananas, apples, etc. as a snack. Berries are lower calorie, lower sugar, and usually higher fiber than other fruits.

That's all I got off the top of my head but hopefully someone reads this and finds something useful. You can always friend me and check out my diary if you want to see more of my special products I love.
