Think about the activity you're doing not the actual name of the product. Aerobics, dancing, running, cycling, strength training, circuit training? Every DVD made can't be in the database so you need to break it down to the activity.

Are you using a heart rate monitor? That will be your best bet to enter it. The data base doesn't have specific workouts, so you have to add them yourself. I add all of mine that way.

How are you liking Les Mills so far? I got it at Christmas, and I think I am going to do that next!!
  • i LOVE IT! its so easy to do - but you are truly getting a work out. ;) its also completely doable if you are super busy like me! have fun!
  • sorry i forgot to say that i don't use a heart rate monitor, I haven't found one that is accurate - or that i like. do you recommend?

The same happens for my Turbo Jam DVD. You just have to search for the activity(ies) that you're doing and not the name of the DVD. For example, I have to put in Kickboxing for my DVD. The exact name of the exercise I input is Kickboxing (including Turbo Jam). But not all of them will have specific workouts pinned to the end of them, so just guesstimate and that's the best you can do.
