I'm thinking about buying insanity. I was wondering what it was like for people who have done it or are doing it right now. Is it worth it? Is it hard to stay motivated? How much did you lose? What is the meal plan like? Please give me any tips and advice you have. Thanks!

I just started insanity yesterday but i started on the meal plan a week ago and absolutely love it! I just finished my 2nd round of p90x and i liked the workouts and had good muscle & strength results but the diet plan was ridiculous. the insanity meal plan is way more my style and easier to follow. i got insanity used on amazon.com for like $70.

its so easy to stay motivated, for me anyway! I look forward to the next workout as soon as I finish one! the meal plan is a good one, the foods are tasty and healthy and its not a hunger diet,
I really recomend it if you are looking for a cardio workout program.
as for tips and advice, get cross trainer shoes. insanity has a lot of jumps both up and down and side to side, your ankles will thank you for the extra support of the cross trainers.

I've been on the Insanity notrition plan for a week now. Feel free to check out my diary-definitely lots of protein and a balanced amount of good fats & carbs. I'm at 1800 calories a day but will probably increase that when I get to the second month.

Less thinking, more doing. Just order it, read the instructional pamphet that comes with it, do the fit test and get start. Fitness is about doing things, not asking about doing things. Get started. Now.
    Thanks!
