Bean & Brown Rice Wrap -- 220 Calories

Basic Recipe: (Makes 6 wraps)

1 Package, La Tortilla Factory "Smart & Delicious" SoftWraps
1 16oz can, Fat Free refried beans
1 cup, cooked brown rice

Mix the beans and rice in a mixing bowl. Add spice and seasoning to your taste. Spoon 1/6 of the mixture, (about 2 tablespoons) onto a wrap.

Add your choice of chopped vegetables, spices, hot peppers, shredded cabbage, etc. then roll like a burrito and wrap with plastic. Should keep at least a week in fridge or freeze.
