100lbs in under 1 year.

I started this journey on February 28 2012, weighing in at 357 lbs. And here I am today, on February 24 2013 at 257 lbs.

I got these results by first, cutting out all the junk form my diet (like pop, candy, processed and premade foods). Then, on the advice of my doctor, when I got down to 300 lbs, that is when I started physical exercise. I started running, and in Nov 2012, I ran my first 5K (which is 3.1 miles, for you Americans)!! During that time, I was also doing P90X. At the end of January 2013, I did the Ultimate Reset for three weeks, which helped me lose 11 lbs.

My journey is not over yet, I am aiming for 40 lbs more weight loss to get to my target weight. I'm looking to achieve that with another round of P90X. I'm starting it on March 4.
