How are you all doing? Well I weighed in on Saturday and the result was good!

I have just entered a half marathon that is in June so have 15 weeks to train hard which should help melt those unwanted lbs away!

Always looking for more motivational friends so please friend me as I always try to be motivational too :-)

    Just sent a friend request. I just did my first half on Saturday. You can totally do this. Just remember, long distance running can increase your appetite so be sure to choose proteins and good carbs to keep you full and fuel those workouts!
