(makes two servings)

1 can solid light tuna (trader joes) packed in Olive Oil ( I like the oil!)
2 tbls spoons Greek style non fat plain yogurt (Trader joes)
1 healthy squirt spicy brown mustard
4 drops chipotle Tabasco sauce
8 turns of fresh pepper ( I like pepper!)

I eat with 6 multi grain flax water crackers (Trader Joes), or on 1 piece soy crunch bread. yummy :D

    bump I may try this
plus I also have a similar snack.

    Tuna can drained 130g approx.
half a sweet red pepper cut in to small pieces
Spring onion / salad onion cull into small pieces
for UKers Branstons Mayo with a twist of chili + Salad cream.
for USAer try light mayonnaise with chili powder.

makes a nice spicy (but not hot) snack which is great for taking to work. I bet it would be great with rye crackers and stuff too.

YES! It's nice and thick like sour cream, but with the cals of yogurt. It's a little more tart than sour cream, but I put it on or in anything as a replacement to cream cheese, sour cream, mayo ect. or just by itself with honey.
