healthy cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting

Dough -
1 c whole wheat flour
1 tbs splenda
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tbs nutmeg
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbs of smart balance butter
1/2 c vanilla soymilk
1 tsp vanilla extract

- Shape into rectangle, roll out to ¼ in thick (might need a little bit of flour to roll), spray butter on it

Filling-
1/2 cup spenda
1/4 cup cinnamon
2 table spoons of nutmeg

- Mix in a bowl and sprinkle on to rolled out dough, can sprinkle on more cinnamon or nutmeg for taste, roll up ( not tightly) and cut carefully with a knife. makes 4 large cinnamon rolls or 8 mini cinnamon rolls - place on cooking sheet sprayed with butter flavored pam

Bake at 350 until golden brown or tooth pick comes out clean

Frosting -

4 table spoons of fat free cream cheese
4 table spoons splenda
1- 1/2 table spoons of vanilla soy milk

- taste as you go for frosting, add more or less for taste and texture that you want

Frost when cooled
