    That is so great! I have lost 16 pounds and beginning to crave small things again. It is taking a lot of will power to say no. I went shopping today to stick with the healthy items. I hope I can stay on track like you. I have not really indulged. I just find my self saying no...try this instead more often the last couple of days. I will think of your success to keep me going. Thanks!
