Back at it again

I stopped doing my workouts back in August when my last semester of nursing school started. I lost the bit of muscle I managed to build last year, and I feel out of shape and flabby..skinny fat :p Now that I have finally graduated & have a job with a set schedule, I am ready to get started again. I actually started last night & am so sore today that I can barely move my lower body..which is my fault entirely because I quit doing it for a while :p Hopefully in a month or so I can be getting along fine without this much soreness the next day!
