    I've been eating the wrong things lately. . . burgers, cake, --my portions have been horrible. . . . low motivation. I keep saying I'm going to pop in a workout CD, but don't get to it. . . I need to tape some old pics of myself to the fridge to see where I used to be.

    I'm not grossly overweight, but want to lose about 10 - 15 pounds, and get toned.:smooched:
