Everything I could get my hands on

LOL... sounds like me most days!

My day wasn't too horrible, if you ignore those 5 peanut chocolate chip cookies!

    Breakfast
Kellogs - Vector Cereal, 1.25 cup
Milk - Nonfat (fat free or skim), 0.7 cup

    Lunch
Tuna Fish - Tuna Fish Sandwich, White Bread W/ Pickles and Mayonaise, 0.5 sandwich
Generic - Skinless Chicken Dark Meat 1/4, 1/4 chicken 3.3 oz

    Dinner
    Banana - one half banana
Rice - White, long-grain, regular, cooked, 1 cup (bad me, felt like white rice tonight!)
    Chicken Meatballs Teriyaki, 5 Meatballs

    Snacks
    Orange, California, Naval, 1 orange
5 peanut chocolate chip cookies :0 (bad, bad, bad girl!!)
2 cups coffee flavored 1% milk (320 calories) (bad, bad bad!)

I might as well hurry up and eat the rest of the bag, and then just not buy any more!!!

Okay, I can see that the junk is killing me on my diet! I need to find some will power. PMS is NOT helping.

I like this. It gave me some ideas on a few meals I could have :)

Here is what I had today (Friday)...

    Breakfast
Home Made Turkey Wrap's With Lettuce, 1 Wrap
    3 Cups of Water

    Lunch
    2 Cups of Water
Subway Melt 6" and Orchard Chicken Salad 6"
(I got the foot long melt & my friend got the chicken foot long but then she wanted to trade halves -hehe)

    Snack
3 Cups of Water (I got all my water in today -yay!)

    Dinner
    A Captain & Coke
2 1/2 Slices of Dominos Pizza

Snacks (we were playing cards all night -hehe)
    Twizzlers, 8 pcs
    Large Hazelnut Iced Coffee

    Dessert
    3 Scoops of Ice Cream

I feel kinda guilty about the snacks/dessert but at the same time I have to remember I did some extra exercise that I normally don't do and I was still under my calories for the day too.

What a group of good girls! Delicious and healthy choices all around.

Unfortunately, my diet today consisted of traditional "slack Saturday" food lol!

    Breakfast
    Generic - Egg, 70 g
Short Cut Rindless Bacon, 50 g
    Potatoes - Hashed brown, home-prepared, 0.5 cup

    Lunch
    Generic - Lamb Souvlaki, 0.5 Kebob (80g)
General - Chicken Souvlaki, 0.5 Skewer
Pepsi - Pepsi Max (375ml Can), 375 ml
    Vegetarian Souvlaki, 1 regular

    Dinner
(haven't thought about this yet, but as we had a late lunch I think this will be something small quick and simple, steamed vegies maybe??)

    Snacks
    Arnott's - Chocolate Wheaten Biscuits, 3 Biscuit

Also, 2x600mL bottles of water so far.

Not the healthiest choices, but somehow I am well under my suggested intakes in all categories at the moment, so I'm not letting myself feel too bad about anything

I went out for dinner on a 2nd date. Not bad at 50 eh? I stuck to chicken though and had a small sorbet for desert. I also only had 1 glass of wine. It is so good that you can plan for dinners out with MFP. I also had 1 gingernut biscuit this morning at a church seminar and was very surprised to find that it was over 200 calories. So when I walked for 50 minutes today, I virtually just walked off the gingernut biscuit!
