2 cheat days!

UGH I HATED THIS WEEKEND.......

My planned day was friday when my husband and I usually eat out. I ate 4 squares aka 2 slices of pizza and a whole order of cheesy bread. I expected this granted it wasn't the best cheat meal but meh.

Saturday I don't know what came over me, I really didn't I think because of friday I was craving carbs but I did do a little bit better.
We went to denny's and I ordered 2 bowls of cheddar/broccoli soup, 1 salad, and 1 slice of cheesecake.

But STILL UGH WHY COULD I CONTROL MYSELF?

  • Because you are a normal person. Don't beat yourself up over it. Tomorrow is a new day so get up and make better choices.:flowerforyou: Don't let two days over take all of the good you have been doing. This entire month has been rough for me. Three family birthdays and mine is tomorrow. I enjoyed celebrating with my family and didn't let it take over every day. Tomorrow I am not logging a thing. On Tuesday I will get up and eat a good breakfast, veggies and fruit for snacks, sensible lunch and supper.

You can't expect, what I can only assume, years of bad habits to change. Try to focus on what you've done great in order to lose those 5 pounds and remember that tomorrow is a new day. Small changes can lead to a big result so stay positive!
