calorie cycling

Hey everyone!
I know there are probably a bazillion topics on calorie cycling. I'm just wondering if it worked for you? I usually give myself one day per week to eat whatever I want as I used to binge eat a lot due to calorie restriction and this method of being able to eat one day per week whatever I wanted had worked. However, I seem to be at a standstill with my weightloss and am wondering if I cycle my calories would it make a difference. Here is my schedule for calorie cycling, please give me feedback! Much appreciated :)

Sun: 1300
Mon: 1500
Tue: 1800
Wed: 1300
Thu: 1500
Fri: 1400
Sat: 1800

    I've read about this method in a Jillian Michaels book. I'm very interested in it too but it seems like more work to keep track of lol.
