Well today(2/24/13)was day 1 and it was pretty good and but also pretty hard especially the workout part but I enjoyed it.....so fingers crossed and prayers sent!!! Now on to day 2!!!

But how do you calculated all your food?? I'm a student and I eat for the most part in the cafeteria and I don't know how to calculate it?0

Hi, Day 2 so also very new. I'm enjoying the food and exercise tracker. I'm not enjoying so much the toilet trips (especially in the night) due to all the extra water I'm drinking LOL but all good.
I'm trying to prepare lunch and take to work to cut down on buying and managing my tracking of food. If you can do that it may help.
