Im new help!

Hey everyone im new to this sight a little bit about me iv been overweight my entire life i really want to change this, whatever i can do i will i dont just wanna lose weight i want to lose fat Im confused on how many calories i should eat a day and whats most affective can anyone help i know im supposed to do something with my tdee so im going to need to know everything about that how many people use tdee to see how many calories you need to eat? thanks everyone heres to new beginnings!
