Hi Everyone just joined yesterday and loving this site and the app, have just started trying to lose weight, again, and am really optimistic that with help of this site and some support I can do this.

Its going to be a long haul as i need to lose about 14lbs.

Look forward to getting to know some of you so feel free to add me if you like.
