Bob Harpers Begginers Workout

Hi everyone! I used to be an avid runner and loved the feeling of being fit! Well, life happens and now I'm starting at square one..AHHHHH!!! has anyone tried this workout and did you get any results from it? I would like to do it with my 13 year old son who is at an age where he's noticing his body and would like to make some changes. I already cook healthy so I figured if I could find a workout that him and I could do together that would be awesome for both him and I!
Even though I tend to hide behind the sidelines I really find reading all the posts to be really encouraging!!

I absolutely LOVE Bob Harper's workouts (I have the "My Trainer Bob" and "Inside Out" series) and highly recommend them. Part of the reason I love them so much is cuz I have two left feet and his workouts don't make me feel like a klutz -- so I could focus on doing the exercises instead of focusing on how my arms and legs weren't going the right direction. Just a word of warning though -- even though he calls it the Beginner's Workout there is nothing beginner about it so don't feel bad if you can't keep up or have to modify some of the exercises.. My guess is that you would see results from using his workouts -- I am already quite fit and they tested me.0

Thanks so much! I wondered if they would be "beginners" or not! I was always a go hard or go home kinda person so it's nice to know that it may be too much to begin with but not to give up!0

Bob's workouts are kick *kitten*, you won't be disappointed. I have done the Beginner's DVD and its definitely NOT beginners'. I have 8 of his DVDs and they all are excellent!!0
