    Oh wow. I didn't know there were so many in the DC area. I lost weight before, about 50 lbs. back in 2008, but have sense gained it all back rapidly over the past 1.5 years. I am hoping that I can get re-motivated to lose weight again. My schedule doesn't allow me to prepare foods at home, so I have to rely on outside sources. Thanks for all of the replies. Maybe we can all motivate each other.
