New to this site but excited about tracking changes. I have used other sites before with success, so this added community feature gets me all worked up because I know it's always better to share your journey.

I am a Spokane yoga teacher and writer. I am looking to get back to a healthy weight and into some clothes that never make it out of my closet. I am active and enjoy hiking, swimming and biking. I teach yoga because it was the only kind of exercise I was able to participate in while healing from an auto accident. I'd be interested in anyone using this site who also wants to share the benefits of consciously choosing health through breath/body awareness.

:flowerforyou: Welcome to MFP.......this site has changed my life and i hope it will change yours......My husband and I recently started doing yoga together in the morning,,,,,,,we did it separately before but wanted it to be shared.

I started off taking this journey one day at a time, taking baby steps and wasn't sure that it would work for me and then the miracle began to happen.

Creational allowance? Is that related to manifest destiny? I loved teaching at the Air Force Base, where I'd have them sweating three minutes in, but slowly gaining balance. Thanks for the welcome, enjoy your holiday.

    Count me in!

I discovered Yoga two years ago and never found out anything better to keep my body, soul and mind in shape, all in one.
Doing yoga just feels right and I love th well-being feeling you get after practice.

My two favorite forms are Vinyasa and Power Yoga.

I'd love to hear more about your stories as a yoga teacher and what you found out along that path
