michelle obama arms

yes, how do you get michelle obama arms or does flabby in the arms just come with age? Maybe someone over 50 knows how. also, neck exercises. again, is this an age thing?

    You can't spot train an area to make fat go away. That comes through diet. You have to lose the fat to see what's underneath. I would bet that Michelle does some weight training as well as cardio and watching what she eats.

    push ups are an amazing and simple arm exercise that works so many muscles in your arms and even your core! also, in order to get the definition that she has in her arms you must lose the body fat that is covering the muscle. also as we age, our skin loses elasticity so i would say moisturizing and caring for your skin is an important part of the equation as well. also, don't be afraid to lift heavy! get rid of those 3 pound barbie weights, and lift 10,15 pounds and don't be afraid to look like arnold schwarzeneger because you WON'T you don't have enough testosterone in your body to "bulk up" it takes women body builders an extreme amount of effort and training to get large muscles. New Rules of Weightlifting for Women is an amazing book I would recommend to any lady in search of an awesome bod :D

    You can have toned arms at our age! =) Weight training (can be done at home or the gym), push ups, planks, etc. Also, check out "face yoga" on You Tube. There are many videos demonstrating how to do the exercises.

    I did give up 3 lb weights and went for 5, may go with more weight but dont think I can in a group class, I can use 10 lbs weight in the weight room, oh yes and pushups, thanks.
