From January 1 to present, I'm down 15lbs and went from a 16/18 jeans to 12/14 jeans! No special diet or pills, just eating right, moderate exercise, and most importantly, a positive attitude. :happy:

    That is what MFP taught me too--- No special diet or pills, just eating right, moderate exercise, and a positive attitude is all you need. I went from a size 10/12 to a size 4/6.
